Shipping & Returns Policy

We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days.
a. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.
b. International Orders
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. Disposable covers are completely non-refundable.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Send the product with its original packing and the RMA number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Illumivein.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items can be refunded.
